This three bedroom, three bath condo offers a living area with tile floors, artificial plants, two couches, a chair, white curtains and framed artwork. Just off of the living area, through a sliding glass door, is a private balcony with outdoor furniture and views of the coastline. The dining area has framed artwork, tile floors and a glass table with six chairs. Also available for your use is a washer, dryer, DVD player, stereo with CD player and air conditioning.

The master bedroom has a king bed with decorative pillows, framed artwork and a sliding glass door that leads you out onto another private balcony. The second bedroom also has framed artwork and a kind bed with views of the coastline from the window. The third bedroom comes with two twin beds, framed artwork and a nightstand in between the two beds. The fully equipped kitchen has a microwave, dishwasher and many other conveniences. The complex offers an elevator, covered parking, complimentary DVD rentals and internet access.

Some of the resort amenities include The Sandbar Market & Emporium which offers gifts, T-shirts, sundries, magazines, beach toys, etc, a Pro Shop to get all your tennis gear, a state of the art fitness center, and a spa. There is also a tram service that runs throughout the resort every half hour for your convenience.
